HALion 6 preferred now, after much time with Sonic SE3 Free & all Sample Fuel libs. Have HALion 6 Demo and struggling early-on with diverse UI setup in Reaper v6.63. Purchased Groove 3 Tutorial, but was done using Cubase, which adds additional confusion.Please advise any helpful Links, tutorial series, to use correctly in Reaper !! Trying to load multiple Instruments into Slot Rack, and assigning MIDI channels. LOST ! Halion is a very powerful sampler/synth.as regard it's usage in Reaper.It functions exactly the same as Kontakt 6 for example in regards to routing.when you add Halion as an instrument track does it not ask you if yo want it to set up the routing outputs?M 07-12-2022, 07:23 AM #3 Human being with feelings Join Date: Apr 2011 Location: St George, UT _ USA Posts: 2,881 THX ! That was last thing I started thru, and likely the answer. Tried some paid tutorial guidance, and YT. So far, no focused Reaper/HALion 6 users. Will hang in few more days, yet hoping there are experienced gurus here to post their impressions.No specific near term apps or plans. Simply sorting H6 as companion to long-term Omni v2.8. Hearing rumors re. H7 and potential FM enhancement ?
